All businesses have
stakeholders . As soon as you commence a business you have stakeholders.
All the stakeholders are interested in your business – they are always
asking how your business is going, they always want to know if you’re
making money or not (most of them want to know if you’re making money,
on the expectation that you’ll give them some).
Like it or not that’s the way it happens. You must not forget
however, that most of them
really are trying to help you.
Being
able to quickly give them a picture of
the state of your business is invaluable. The stakeholder will keep
asking the questions and you will be able to quickly respond with little
fuss. Do this and you will be their buddy forever.
